Divah and The Mama's Boys
Rock that touches you!

Divah knows how to win over her audience, sometimes moving, sometimes angry, but always with inspiration. She takes you over the peaks and through the valleys of life, singing about love and lust, life and death. She is backed by The Mama's boys, four experienced musicians who are not tied to one style. Rock, blues, funk and sympho form the basis of the band's own work. This DIVAH can sing the blues, and her boys can play Rock 'n Roll.
The band's style is somewhere between Skunk Anansie, Queen, Beth Hart, Journey and Mother's Finest. Enjoyment of playing, musicianship and quirky songs are what Divah & the Mama's Boys are all about.
Bassist Jos van Es, guitarist Jan Brosens and keyboardist Pascal Schardijn had played together for years in a blues-rock cover band. They decide to start writing their own songs in mid-2012, and Thea joins the group. Last to join is drummer Eric van Roest. Divah & the Mama's Boys is complete.
